To maintain operational efficiency across our diverse categories, order cancellations are strictly governed by the following rules:

“Stitching Only” Orders: You may cancel your stitching order only before you ship your fabric to us. Once your fabric arrives at our workshop and our master tailors initiate the fabric cutting or processing phase, the order cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances, as custom cutting renders the material unusable for others.

“Stitching + Fabric” Orders: Orders combining our fabric and custom tailoring can be cancelled strictly before our tailoring team begins the fabric cutting process. Once cutting commences, cancellation is prohibited.

Fashion Accessories / Ready-to-Ship Items: These can be cancelled anytime before they are physically dispatched from our warehouse. Once handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is invalid.

“Stitching Only” Orders: Aap apna stitching order kewal tabhi radd kar sakte hain jab aapne apna fabric hamein courier nahi kiya ho. Ek baar fabric hamari workshop mein pahunch jata hai aur master tailors cutting ya processing shuru kar dete hain, toh kisi bhi paristhiti mein order radd ya sanshodhit nahi kiya ja sakta, kyunki custom cutting ke baad material kisi aur ke kaam nahi aa sakta.

“Stitching + Fabric” Orders: Hamare fabric aur custom tailoring wale sanyukt orders ko hamari silai team dwara fabric ki cutting shuru karne se pehle hi radd kiya ja sakta hai. Cutting shuru hone ke baad cancellation ki anumati nahi hai.

Fashion Accessories / Ready-to-Ship Items: Inhe hamare warehouse se physically dispatch hone se pehle kisi bhi samay radd kiya ja sakta hai. Courier partner ko hand over hone ke baad cancellation valid nahi hoga.
