Exchange & Alteration Policy

At SilaiVibe, custom-stitched products, made-to-order services, and fashion accessories are handled with utmost precision and care.

1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Categories

Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of custom-stitched ethnic wear (“Stitching Only” and “Stitching + Fabric”), standard returns, refunds, or standard size exchanges are strictly not accepted.

2. Alteration Support for Custom Tailoring

We offer necessary alterations only if a fitting discrepancy occurs strictly due to a verified tailoring error from our side against your submitted measurements.

Any alteration request must be reported to our support team within 3 days of parcel delivery.

Mandatory Video Proof: The customer must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video followed immediately by measuring the stitched garment with an inching tape against the disputed areas to prove the tailoring error.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

3. Fashion Accessories Exchange

Unused, undamaged fashion accessories in their original packaging are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery strictly in cases of proven transit damage or manufacturing defects.

A clear, uncut unboxing video showing the damage from the moment of opening the courier bag is compulsory to claim any accessory exchange.

4. Exchange & Return Shipping Process

If approved, the product must be sent back via India Post only.

Tracking details of the return courier must be shared immediately on our official support email (info@silaivibe.com).

Return shipping cost to send the item back to our workshop will be borne entirely by the customer.

Items sent back without prior approval or outside the 3-day window will not be accepted.

5. Important Notes

A standard manufacturing tolerance of 0.5–1 inch variation is acceptable in custom tailoring.

Slight color variations may occur due to professional studio lighting and distinct screen settings.

Final approval for any alteration, exchange, or exception will remain at SilaiVibe’s sole discretion.
