For orders where you supply your own fabric, you are solely responsible for shipping the fabric safely to the address specified in your official Order Confirmation Email.
It is mandatory to write your Order ID clearly on the outer packaging and inside the parcel. Failure to provide a clear Order ID may delay parcel identification and processing.
Shipping charges to send the fabric to our workshop are to be borne by the customer.
If you are sending an old fitting dress as a reference along with your new fabric for ‘Stitching Only’, please pack them carefully. Clearly tag or label the new fabric as ‘FOR STITCHING’ and the old dress as ‘REFERENCE SAMPLE ONLY’, both marked with your Order ID.”
Finished Outfits & Accessories Delivery:
Once your custom stitching or ready-to-ship packaging is completed and passes our rigorous quality checks, we ship the final parcel through reliable third-party courier partners.
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery destination within India. SilaiVibe is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen transit conditions.

Bharat ke bheetar aapke location ke anusaar standard delivery mein lagbhag 3 se 7 kary divas (business days) lagte hain. Courier partners ya achanak aane wali transit paristhitiyon ke kaaran hone wali deri ke liye SilaiVibe zimmedar nahi hai.
